Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Pragati Path Solutions, we provide professional, customized digital and software services. Our refund policy is structured to be transparent and fair, reflecting the labor-intensive nature of custom development.
1. Milestone-Based Payments
Our projects are divided into clearly defined milestones (e.g., Discovery, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment). Each milestone represents a specific set of deliverables and development hours.
Note: Once a milestone has been approved by the client or work on that milestone has commenced, the payment associated with that milestone becomes strictly non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel a project with a 7-day written notice. In the event of cancellation:
- Any advance payment for work that has not yet started may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative and research fees.
- All development hours logged and research phases completed up to the date of cancellation are billable and non-refundable.
- Ownership of any partially completed work remains with Pragati Path Solutions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing and fully paid for.
3. Abandoned Projects
If a client fails to provide necessary assets, approvals, or feedback for a period of 30 days, the project will be considered "Abandoned." In such cases, all previous payments are forfeited to cover the opportunity cost and resources allocated to the project.
4. Delivery & Post-Handover
We do not offer refunds post-delivery and deployment. Instead, we provide a 15-day warranty period to ensure any technical bugs are resolved to the client's satisfaction according to the original Scope of Work.
