Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: April 20, 2026

Welcome to Pragati Path Solutions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Engagement & Scope of Work

Pragati Path Solutions provides digital transformation services, including website development, app creation, and CRM automation. All projects are governed by a specific Scope of Work (SOW) document. Any work requested outside this SOW will be treated as a "Change Request" and billed separately at our prevailing hourly rates.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Crucial Ownership Note: Full intellectual property rights and ownership of the final source code/deliverables are transferred to the Client only upon receipt of 100% final payment. Until full payment is cleared, all work remains the exclusive property of Pragati Path Solutions.

3. Payment Terms & Milestone Protection

4. Limitation of Liability

Pragati Path Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes but is not limited to:

5. Delivery, Deployment & Revisions

We provide a "Standard Delivery" period where the client can review the system. Post-handover, we offer a 15-day warranty period for bug fixes. Please note that a "Change of Mind" or new feature request after a milestone has been approved is not a revision; it is a new billable task.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our registered city (Patna/registered office location).

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 15 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client is liable to pay for all development hours logged and milestones completed up to the termination date.

Disclaimer: These terms are subject to change without prior notice. Continuous use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
