We need a data-obsessed Digital Marketing Specialist to build and run our lead-generation engine through strategic SEO, content, and performance marketing.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical) to achieve and maintain top Google rankings for our target keywords.
  • Create a content calendar and produce high-quality, insightful content (blog posts, case studies, whitepapers) that establishes us as thought leaders and attracts qualified leads.
  • Plan, launch, and manage data-driven paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a ruthless focus on ROI and Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA).
  • Own our social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, to build our brand and engage with potential clients and talent.
  • Analyze all marketing data using Google Analytics and other tools to provide clear, actionable reports on what’s working and what’s not.
  • Continuously experiment with new channels and strategies to optimize our lead funnel.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B services company.
  • Demonstrable, in-depth expertise in SEO. You should be able to show us examples of how you have significantly improved organic search performance.
  • Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns with a clear understanding of bidding strategies, targeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills. Your content must be professional, engaging, and grammatically perfect.
  • Mastery of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and at least one major SEO tool (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
  • You must be highly analytical and data-driven. Your decisions are based on data, not guesses.
