Project Manager - Technical

We are seeking a highly organized and disciplined technical project manager to own project delivery, ensuring we meet our commitments on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Command the entire project lifecycle: from detailed planning, scope definition, and resource allocation to execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for clients. You will manage expectations, provide transparent and regular progress reports, and build unshakable trust.
- Create and maintain rigorous project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and risk registers.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks before they become issues. You are expected to be three steps ahead.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (design, development, QA), ensuring seamless collaboration and a focus on project goals.
- Enforce project deadlines and budget constraints with an iron fist, but a velvet glove.
Who We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing technical projects in a digital agency or software development environment. Experience with Indian clients is a major plus.
- An expert-level understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without a drop in quality or attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You are a master of clear, concise, and professional communication.
- Proficiency with project management software like Jira, Asana, or a similar tool is mandatory.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a significant advantage.
